Help with the Exact Payment
Support’s first-reply target is 20 minutes during staffed hours. Include the order identifier when asking whether a sender-side deduction has changed the funded amount.
The input is one BNB sent to the order, rather than a target of one unit on the receiving side. Compare the reference calculation with the available net quote and its payment conditions.
A self-custody BSC wallet must pay the deposit and its gas cost. If the balance is exactly one BNB, the wallet may not be able to send a full coin while also paying the transaction fee.
For illustration, a wallet showing 1.002 BNB could fund a one-BNB deposit if its separately estimated gas requirement fits within the remaining balance. A custodial withdrawal needs a different check: look at the amount delivered after its withdrawal charge, rather than assuming that entering “1” sends a full coin.
The amount preset keeps this order focused on a full-coin deposit. You can assess the receiving network and payment conditions before committing that balance.

Select an available TRON, Ethereum, BSC or Solana payout that the recipient accepts. Compare the exact token representation as well as the network name.
After a confirmed eligible deposit is accepted, we target processing and payout submission within 4–14 minutes. Source confirmations and account crediting at the recipient fall outside that stage.
The order keeps the native BNB source and selected USDT destination together. Checks help identify incompatible network or address choices before you send.
Floating exchange uses a 0.42% service charge; fixed exchange uses 0.78% with a 10-minute full-deposit receipt window. The USDT payout cost is separately disclosed and must be included when comparing net results.
Suppose, only as an arithmetic example, one BNB represents 800 USDT before costs. The floating service charge would be 3.36 USDT; with an illustrative 0.80 USDT payout cost, the result would be 795.84 USDT. Use the live quote for actual rates and delivery costs, and do not subtract charges again from a result already labelled net.
For a different amount, use the general BNB to USDT exchange. The half-BNB conversion is a separate sending quantity, while 0.1 BNB to USDT covers a tenth of a coin.
Confirm that your sender can deliver a full BNB and still cover its own fee. Compare the available USDT quote and create the order with the receiving network already selected.
A one-coin input describes the amount delivered to the order. Check sender deductions and quote expiry before treating a transfer as fully funded.
That is less than a one-BNB deposit and may leave the order underfunded. Contact support before sending a top-up, because the original quote and receipt window may no longer apply.
A quote belongs to its stated conditions and funding window. Obtain current instructions rather than assuming the same sending amount preserves an expired rate.
One order has the receiving selection shown in its quote. Do not assume that a single full-coin deposit will be split across different networks or destinations.
