Privacy Policy

This policy describes information associated with BNBExchange orders, support requests and use of the service. It distinguishes records held by the service from transactions recorded independently on public blockchains.

Order, Support and Technical Information

An order record can include assets, networks, amounts, quotes, receiving and refund addresses, payment identifiers, transaction hashes, status and timestamps. Contact information is attached to a record when you provide it for assistance or another order-related purpose.

Support records contain the messages and attachments you submit. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser information, service errors and security events.

A transaction review may involve identity documents, evidence of wallet control or information about the source and purpose of funds. Send only the material requested through the designated case channel.

Purposes of Processing

Order information is used to calculate, process, track and investigate exchanges. Technical records help operate the service, diagnose failures and protect against misuse.

Support and review records are used to respond to requests, establish relevant payment details and meet applicable obligations. The service does not need wallet signing secrets for these tasks.

Public Blockchain Records

Addresses, amounts, payment identifiers and transaction hashes may be visible on the relevant blockchain. The service cannot erase those records or stop independent parties from analysing public transactions.

A private order link provides access to the order interface. It does not make the underlying payment untraceable.

Service Providers and Disclosures

Information may be processed by providers involved in hosting, infrastructure, exchange execution, screening and support. Disclosures may also be necessary for applicable obligations, dispute handling or investigation of misuse.

An independent wallet, exchange or receiving platform operates under its own policy. Information it collects outside this service is governed by that provider's practices.

Browser Storage and Retention

Essential browser storage supports order access and service security. The default service model does not use marketing analytics storage; any later optional use requires an accurate disclosure and appropriate controls.

Order and support records are retained for 180 days after closure. Technical logs are retained for 30 days, and supporting review documents are removed 90 days after case closure unless a retention obligation, dispute or investigation requires preservation.

A record can be kept longer where needed for an unresolved claim, security investigation or applicable obligation. That exception applies to the relevant information rather than creating an unrestricted purpose to retain every record.

Requests About Your Information

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your use of the service. Provide an order identifier or other limited context that helps locate the record.

Verification may be required before information is disclosed or changed. A request may be limited by obligations to preserve specific records and cannot remove a public blockchain transaction.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you delete my payment from a blockchain?

The service cannot erase an entry on an independent public blockchain. Requests concerning records held by BNBExchange are considered separately.

Should I email identity documents with my first privacy request?

Start by explaining the request and identifying the relevant order. Wait for instructions if verification and a secure submission method are needed.

Is it safe to publish my private order link?

Treat that link as sensitive access information. Share it only with people who need access to the order and avoid posting it publicly.
