How the BNB Exchange Works

A BNBExchange order connects your crypto payment with a payout to the receiving address you provide. Check the direction, amount and networks before creating it, then keep the individual order link until the exchange is complete.

Choose Your Payment and Receiving Asset

Start with BNB to USDT or select the reverse direction to buy BNB. The BNB side uses the native coin on BNB Smart Chain; the USDT side must match the supported network selected for the order.

Popular amount pages prefill the BNB quantity on the sending side. They calculate a reference value and check quote availability, so an amount below the current minimum must not be treated as an executable exchange.

Review the Quote Conditions

The floating service charge is 0.42%, while the fixed-rate service charge is 0.78%. Payout-network costs are disclosed separately, with the proposed net receiving amount shown before payment.

A fixed quote has a 10-minute full-deposit receipt window. Allow for your wallet or exchange's withdrawal processing, as starting a transfer before the deadline does not establish that the deposit arrived on time.

Your sending platform may charge an additional withdrawal or network fee. Check whether it deducts that fee from the requested amount or adds it on top.

Enter a Destination That Can Receive the Payout

Obtain the address from the receiving wallet or platform's current deposit screen. Check the exact asset, network, supported token version and any minimum credit amount.

For a BNB payout, choose a BNB Smart Chain destination that accepts the native coin. For a USDT payout, use the receiving instructions for the selected USDT network, even if an address looks valid on several chains.

Pay the Individual Order

Send the specified asset and amount on the network shown in the deposit instructions. For a native BNB payment, select BNB Smart Chain and keep enough BNB outside the deposit for gas; the wallet’s total debit can include both. Keep the sending transaction hash and the private order link.

A self-custody wallet submits an on-chain payment, while a custodial platform can first place a withdrawal in its own queue. A message saying that a withdrawal was requested is not proof that the platform broadcast it. If the sending platform still holds the withdrawal, ask that platform about its status before looking for an on-chain deposit; once broadcast, compare the hash, network, address and delivered amount with the order.

Follow Deposit Confirmation and Payout

The order must first detect and accept the source payment. We target processing and payout submission within 4–14 minutes after a confirmed eligible deposit has been accepted.

That processing target excludes the time needed for source confirmations, exceptional handling and a receiving platform's internal crediting. Once a payout hash is available, follow the receiving-chain transaction and compare it with the recipient's deposit rules.

Resolve Payment Exceptions

Check the existing order before making a correction transfer. The next action depends on whether the issue is timing, amount or payment compatibility.

Late or Partial Payments

An expired or underfunded quote may need recalculation or individual handling. Contact the team before sending additional funds so you do not create another unmatched payment.

Wrong Asset or Network

Provide the order identifier and transaction hash if the transfer does not match the instructions. Recovery depends on the actual destination and technical feasibility, and cannot be guaranteed.

If a return is possible and permitted, its destination, available amount and costs must be agreed before it is sent. See the transaction review policy for conditions involving a held order.

Ask the Team About Your Exchange

Use the BNBExchange contact details and include the order identifier, sending asset, network and transaction hash. Describe the stage that needs attention, such as an undetected deposit or a confirmed payout that is not credited by the recipient.

Do not send a recovery phrase, private key or wallet password. Those secrets are not needed to identify a public blockchain payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pay one order using several transfers?

Follow the order's funding instructions rather than assuming separate transfers will be combined. Ask support before splitting a payment or attempting to complete an underfunded order.

Can I change my receiving address after paying?

Contact the team immediately before a payout is submitted. A destination change may require checks and can be impossible after the transaction has been broadcast.

Does a completed payout mean an exchange has credited my account?

Blockchain delivery and the recipient's internal account crediting are different stages. Check that platform's asset, network, minimum and confirmation rules before asking it to investigate the payout hash.
